Count Your Blessings in 2015

Christmas is coming and the year is almost at and end.

As we rush into the busy season of parties and feasting and family gatherings we often lose sight of what the year has all been about..

We live in a global village these days with instant media and masses of information flooding our lives and grabbing our attention.. fast, faster more and more.. We seldom take time out to look back and enjoy the special moments of each year.

2015  might have been the year you got engaged or married, had your first child, become a grandparent, found a new job or flown off to far distant lands.. what ever the events there have been many and I am sure you can add to the list.

Before we go rushing into 2016 I thought it would be great to take a moment and reflect on 2015 and count a few old fashioned blessings

Here are my 6 tips on how to count your blessing that occurred in 2015 for you.

1. List 6 situations or events that you were thrilled to participate in this year.

2. What 3 things that you have learnt this year which created new ideas for you or new ways of doing old things.

3. List three times that you reached out and helped other people beyond your own family?

4. If you could change three things about this year what would they be?

5. What did you benefit from personally this year.

6. Who would you give three blessings to that would enrich their lives right now?

Lastly what do you need to do to make 2016 a riper of year and are you equipped to make it possible?

Amazing isn’t it as the memories flood back and you realise all of the many things to be grateful for.

“ Blessings come in many guises to weird sometimes to fathom, pass one on when you can.” ( anonymous ).

I hope this little bit of my world enables you to be grateful for all blessings that you received this year.

Have a great Christmas giving joy to all you meet.
