Purchase Policy

This Purchase Policy is part of our Terms of Service, and any capitalized terms used but not defined in this Purchase Policy will have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service.  You may purchase merchandise such as books and CDs and Gift Vouchers. on this site (“Products”).  Unless otherwise expressly provided on the Site, if you would like to purchase any Products offered on the Site, your purchase will be governed by the terms of this Purchase Policy.

Payment methods and Billing.

If you wish to purchase Products at the Site, you must provide valid credit card information on the Site’s order form.  We currently accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, and Eftpos.  By submitting such credit card information, you give Pam Bradbury & Associates permission to charge your purchases to the card that you designate on the order form.  We reserve the right to cancel any order, any time and for any reason.  If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, you shall receive a credit to your card account in the amount of the charge.  We will not be responsible (i) for any charges that your card issuer may apply to you as a result of our processing your order, (ii) if your card issuer refuses or fails to authorize payment by you, or (iii) for any delays or non-delivery of Products that may arise due to any validation checks that may be carried out regarding your payment or identification. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only order Products on the Site with a parent or guardian.

Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy, and your order is shipped.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance group. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.  If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your card in the amount of the charge.

Order Returns

You may return any Product purchased from the Site for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase.  You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment.  To expedite your request, please include the following information with your return: (1) the reason you wish to return your purchase, (2) your order number which can be found on the Product invoice, and (3) the date you purchased the Product.  You may mail the Product and receipt to: Pam Bradbury & Associates , P.O. Box 398 Mona Vale NSW 1660 .  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the Product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the thirty (30) day period.  Pam Bradbury & Associates reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Shipping and Handling; International Orders

The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in Australian dollars.  You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order.

If you place an order for shipment to an international address, you will be responsible for paying any VAT and other taxes, tariffs, import or export duties, and other similar fees imposed on such orders. These taxes, duties and fees, if assessed, are the sole responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office.  International shipment rates vary based on total package weight and final destination.  Pricing on the Site does not include duties, insurance costs, tariffs, or value-added taxes.

With respect to shipments of Products to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to Products and risk of loss shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the Products to the common carrier.  You are solely responsible for providing us with accurate shipping information, and in the event that any Product is returned to us as a result of your failure to do so, you shall be responsible for any additional shipping fees or other charges that may be applied. Information regarding the flat rates for delivery schedules in the Australia and internationally will be clearly posted on the Site.

Pricing or Typographical Errors

We work hard to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Pam Bradbury & Associates shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Additional Terms

Additional terms relating to certain Products or Services (such as prices, methods of payment, our policies with respect to returns, refunds, and cancellations and/or exchanges) may be posted on the Site on the pages describing the Products.

This website is the only official on-line source of information regarding Pam Bradbury her events and bookings schedule. Pam and her office make absolutely no representations or endorsements of any web-sites containing information about her work.

This website, and the various content, features and services offered on this website (collectively, the "Site"), is owned and/or operated by Pambradbury.com. ("Pam Bradbury" "we," "us," "our" or similar pronoun). Pam Bradbury is committed to respecting your online privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you share with us. Pam Bradbury has established this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to let you know what information we may collect from you on the Site and how we may use and share that information. Please take a moment to review the terms of our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. With Whom We May Share Your Information

Thus, in the event that Pam Bradbury & Associate all of its assets are acquired, customer information would be one of the transferred assets.

Pam Bradbury & Associates fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities, and may in its sole discretion disclose Personal Information or other information to satisfy any law, regulation, subpoena, or government request, or in connection with litigation. Pam Bradbury & Associates reserves the right to release Personal Information or other information about users who we believe are engaged in illegal activities or are otherwise in violation of our Terms of Use Agreement, even without a subpoena, warrant or court order, if we believe in our sole discretion that such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate the Site, or to protect the rights or property of Pam Bradbury & Associates its affiliates, or any of their officers, directors, or employees, agents, third party content providers, suppliers, sponsors, or licensors. Pam Bradbury & Associates also reserves the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities we reasonably believe in our sole discretion to be unlawful.


VI. Privacy Preferences/Opt-Out

If you do not want to receive promotional e-mails from Pam Bradbury, when you receive an e-mail from Pam Bradbury it will contain a link that allows you to stop the delivery of e-mail messages from us. If you decide to use this opt-out link, you will no longer receive special offers, new product introductions and newsletters from Pam Bradbury however, you will continue to receive non-promotional e-mails from us, such as order confirmations.


VII. Security

Pam Bradbury & Associates intends to take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the Personal Information that you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure. When you transmit Personal Information from your PC to our servers, your information is protected by both a "firewall" (a combination of computer hardware and software that helps keep unauthorized visitors from accessing information within our computer network) and industry standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. However, in order to take advantage, your browser must support encryption protection (found in Internet Explorer release 3.0 and above). Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information and privacy, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and cannot be responsible for the theft, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of your Personal Information.
If you create an account on the Site, you may be asked to choose a password for your account, in which case your online account information shall be protected by your password. VIII. Children's Privacy

This Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 and Pam Bradbury does not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from such children. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database

The terms of this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. XI. Third Party Ad Servers

As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have relationships at the Site with third party ad server networks. However, we may at some point engage third party ad server networks to serve advertisements within or in connection with the Site. Because your web browser must request these advertising banners from the ad networks' servers, these companies can send their own cookies to your cookie file, just as if you had requested a web page from the Site.
