New Habits from old tricks

Creating new habits takes time. Did you know that is takes 30 days to train a dog to do a new trick? It takes most of us a good deal longer. Here is a quick way to change a habit in just 7 days, try this idea…

7-Day Mental Diet.

This works – all you have to do is make an appointment with You.

  1. Get up 20 mins earlier for 7 days.
  2. Find a quiet place; sit in silence for 10 mins.
  3. Write down what you want, REALLY WANT.
  4. Write an affirmation about this desire. You must write it as if it has already happened.
  5. Then write it 10 times. 10 times.
  6. Writing creates action.
  7. Then write a list of 4 things that you must do today.
  8. Make sure all 4 are completed by 12 noon that day.

It is really important to be clear about WHAT you want.

Write out one of these statements and add your content.

I am NOW ready to receive the……………..that is rightfully mine. The……………..is with me Now. For this I am grateful.

Or

I am NOW so happy and grateful that the new……………..is with me NOW.

These statements have to be written out by hand 10 times every day.

You must write the same statement.

It is really important that you follow the instructions exactly as I have told you.

Then write the list of 4 tasks that you have to do that day.

Make sure all 4 tasks are done by 12 noon.

By the end of the week you are going to feel so proud of your new productivity.

Make sure you celebrate all that you have achieved.
